FAQ

  • Do you have a studio location I can visit?

No, we are a fully concierge, in-home EMS fitness service. Our expert trainers come directly to your home, bringing all the necessary equipment for a personalized, private session.

  • How early or late can I book a session?

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, with flexible availability. Simply choose a time that fits your schedule, and we will work around your schedule—no studio visits required.

  • What should I wear to my EMS session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting, cotton clothing—such as leggings or shorts and a fitted long-sleeved top—that allows the EMS electrodes to easily attach to your skin. Our trainers will guide you on what to prepare for your session.

  • Will EMS actually produce results?

Yes! Scientific research shows that EMS technology activates muscles more effectively than traditional workouts, leading to quicker strength gains, muscle toning, and recovery—all from the comfort of your home.

  • How does EMS work scientifically?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) sends targeted electrical impulses directly to your muscles, causing them to contract just as they do during regular exercise. This allows for maximum muscle activation in minimal time, without the need for sweat or complex equipment.

  • Is EMS safe for everyone?

EMS is safe for most healthy individuals. However, those with pacemakers, pregnancy, or recent surgeries should consult their healthcare provider before starting. Our certified trainers will ensure your program is safe and tailored to your needs.

  • How many sessions are needed to see results?

Many clients begin to notice improved strength, tone, and recovery after just 4-6 sessions. Regular, consistent sessions will maximize your results in the comfort of your own home. Depending on your goals, we recommend starting with 2 sessions per week to boost your results!

  • Can I do EMS if I have injuries or health conditions?

In most cases, yes. EMS can be a beneficial part of recovery or gentle training. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider first—especially if you have medical implants, injuries, or health concerns. Our trainers will customize your sessions to suit your safety and needs.
