All fees are due as agreed, and late or non-payment may result in suspension of services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Currentcor EMS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We take reasonable measures to secure your personal information and to comply with Arizona’s data security and breach notification requirements. In the event of a breach involving your personal data, we will notify you within 45 days as required by Arizona law, and if the breach affects more than 1,000 Arizona residents, we will notify the Arizona Attorney General and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Arizona courts for any disputes arising under these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
